Tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number and your return reason.show the photos of item(s)quality-related issue or wrong size etc.

Please send an email to our service email advance and we will write back to you with return address in 24 hours.

Place the item(s) in the original packing.

Drop off you package at the local post office.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to the return conditions.

Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact. You can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses.

We will refund you in a week after we received the parcel. Cutomers should assist us to get the returned parcel status and updated infomation.
